Located in Orlando, Vorstman Shore Mortgage Group, Inc. specializes in arranging mortgages for foreign national. Buying a property in a foreign country can sometimes be a daunting proposition; however, with our expertise and professionalism we will make the mortgage process as straightforward as possible.

We are an independent mortgage brokerage so we have access to different lenders to find the best mortgages available for our clients. We will clearly explain the different types of mortgages available and advise on the various re-finance options.  We work closely with a number of developers and have experience arranging condo-hotel mortgages.   

Vorstman Shore Mortgage Group, Inc. is a licensed mortgage brokerage business jointly owned by Emma Vorstman and Mark Shore.  Mark Shore is British and spent 25 years working in financial services in the UK prior to moving to Orlando.  Emma Vorstman graduated from the University of Florida in 2003 with a major in marketing and has developed a strong business background specializing in finance.  Since the formation of our company we have developed an excellent reputation with Realtors, clients, and developers.
